


Matthew becomes ill while they are talking, so they decide to stay there for the night. She stops and speaks with the man who is willing to sell or rent out the home. As Matthew's mother is driving him back home from the hospital, she spots a man putting a sign up in front of a beautiful Victorian home. The long drive to and from the hospital is stressful, so his mother and father discuss moving to upstate Connecticut to be closer to the hospital. This movie is set in 1987, and young Matthew Campbell is undergoing treatment for cancer. The cast of this movie include: Virginia Madsen, Kyle Gallner, Elias Koteas, Amanda Crew, Martin Donovan and Sophi Knight. It is loosely based on the supernatural experiences of the Snedeker family.
